The trip was initially designed as a "theme" vacation, centered around mountain and road biking. However, the trip took longer than anticipated (it's a big country after all), and as I passed through New England the weather turned cold, prompting me to change gears and concentrate more on sightseeing. Through this website I wish to paint a picture of my experiences - biking and all others, covering the highlights, lowlights, and everything else in between.

This is such a great country with so many things to see and do, I hope you'll learn more about America from my adventures. If you like the website, please share it with your family and friends. My ultimate goal is to inspire you and others to set out and do some traveling yourself.

Be active and adventurous, the world is waiting for you!
