Yellowstone National Park
Northwestern Wyoming

I exit the "live" forest and enter a burn zone.

This section of forest hasn't sprung back for some reason, I don't see any new tree growth.

I take a little rest and shake my bear bell from time to time since I'm stationary. Seems kinda silly but grizzly bears really freak me out.

I tip back a little Rockstar for good measure since I'm feeling a little drained.

Scorched tree trunks up-close-and-personal.
