The day is a good one, mostly sunny and mild. The time has arrived to find better travel writing digs. I will return to this Walmart parking lot in the evening to overnight again, I just need to get out and enjoy the day.

I fire up my GPS software and search all parks in Burlington, VT. North Beach Park seems to be a good candidate, satisfying my requirements of plenty of greenspace and a view of Lake Champlain.

I immediately hit the road and head into Burlington.

On my way to the park I pass through the University of Vermont.

I make my way to North Beach Park but upon arrival I discover it's a campground.
