I wake to a crummy, cold morning in a Walmart parking lot. I decide to stay put for the day to both recharge my tired body and catch up on my travel writing.

Last night, some idiot was crashing shopping carts into the curbing. Today I investigate the aftermath, only to discover this totalled cart.

Basically, picture a redneck in a pickup truck on this stretch of parking lot. He holds onto a cart while speeding to a curb, releases the cart at the last second, veers his pickup away from the curb, the cart crashes into the curb. Get it? Stupid, eh?

Here is where the poor cart met its *sigh* untimely death. No more *sniff* carting around little *sniff* kids, no more carrying *whimper* chocolate donuts or potato chips. The incredible *sob* senselessness of it all. When will the insanity stop!

In the afternoon I drive around Falmouth, looking for an Internet connection so I can upload some of my pictures. I find one, a slow one, and spend a few hours uploading, ho hum.

Evening arrives and it's time to cook my dinner. Oh boy! I set up my little kitchen and get to the task of cooking. Since I'm cooking with propane, I have to vent. I crack open the window to allow air to pull in.
