Sandusky, Ohio

I encounter a short line at the ride.

Here's a warning sign to get my stomach butterflies going.

For my first ride I choose to be shot up 240 feet. I have to take my glasses off again, seems there are rides other than the coasters that require eyeglass bands. Sadly, I have to report that being shot upwards is not all that exciting. I don't really feel anything. I do get a nice view of the park though. Perhaps being dropped 240 feet will provide a bigger thrill.

Before getting back in line I buy a band for my glasses.

I have yet to be thrilled by this ride. I'm hoping my second swing at the Power Tower will inject some thrill into me. Maybe with my glasses on I'll experience some thrill in fine, clear detail.

So back in line I go and head for the drop portion of the ride. I board the ride and up we all go. We're then dropped. I have to admit the drop is more fun than my earlier shot up but not by much.

BARF RATING: This ride was kinda lame, it rates 2 barf bags out of a possible 10.
