Here are some of their cheese offerings up close-and-personal.

At the back of the store there's a viewing area where visitors can get a glimpse of the cheese factory floor. Unfortunately, now everything is idle since most of their cheese making is performed in the morning. It's early afternoon now. Apparently the early bird gets the factory cheese-making tour.
