Here's a display case showcasing all of their past awards. Sorry, it's a bit dark. I'm still getting used to my new digital camera.

The lady at the front counter asks me if I'd like to see them applying wax on their cheese wheels. I say "you betcha!" I'm then told to walk to the back of the building and re-enter via a screen door.

On my way around the back I run across this huge milk storage tank and a milk truck that has just dropped off a load of milk.

I enter the cheese waxing room. There are two ladies busy at work, dipping cheese wheels. I watch them dipping wheels of cheese into black wax, but I also see red as well as white wax vats. The wax provides mold protection for the cheese.

This cheese is ready for dipping.
