As I walk the residential streets within the French Quarter, I continually pass by colorful houses, one after another. Attention to detail and well-maintained homes is certainly a trademark in these parts.
Each home is unique in its own way, no two are the same, no color dominates over any other. Since this is a historic district, there must be rules about what you can do and cannot do to your home, and I bet that includes what color it can be painted.
Here's one of the few exceptions. This little abode needs a little TLC.
