Roswell, New Mexico

Upon entry I'm greeted by an alien statue. You know, his big head is kinda freaking me out.

Lots-o-visitors. Since opening in 1992, the Museum has hosted over 1.6 million visitors.

The first exhibit I see is a fun one, it indicates where the Museum visitors live. Wiped clean of stickpins each month, now 17 days into November, here's where all November's visitors call home. Looking at the United States, for some reason only Wyoming has no stickpins in it. Hmmm, I wonder why? Perhaps folks from Wyoming are all aliens and because they are aliens, they have no interesting in this Museum because they already know all about UFOs? Hard to say.

Modern age of sightings. The UFO craze didn't really takeoff until the late 1940s.

The summer of 1947 saw a frenzy of UFO sightings.
